Toy Camera

If only life could be like that
sometimes,
just blurred at the edges,
slightly out of focus,
a tiny bit fogged,
and those people in your frame
caught looking,
harmless, like cartoon characters,
and the surprises
you couldn’t see
when you snapped the shutter,
guessing at focus, exposure—
how the sun glows softly,
and shadows spread like coffee,
and all life’s multitude of grays
shimmer like silk scarves

The last days I have been sharing some of my points with a handful artists from Romania. The reason for this is that I feel like giving something back for all the hospitality that met me on all my journeys in this wonderful country. As I don't have what it takes to pay back 22 mill. Romanians, I thought I could do something to inspire one or more of the fine Romanian artists and in that way give something to the whole nation

All these artists is already creating fine art on different levels, but has in common that I believe they can be treasured artists of their country some day.

Damn.. I hate winter!

Even if there is no snow yet the temperature tell me it's winter (maybe the calendar too) and I hate it. For some reason I find this time of year to be like dead, no good for taking pictures as most things is with out life and the light is bad. I keep on looking at the sky abowe my little fjord, but how many pictures can I take from this location before people getting tired of me

My new plan is to do some shots with film again, I have a new medium format 6x6 and to reload my old Olympus OM10. I kind of miss the feeling of shooting film, it was something different from the shoot as much as you can manage digital thing.

And I need a model!!!!
